About BigKev

where to start, both of my wifes parents are disabled, my father n law is a US Army veteran and he had to have one of his legs amputated, both he and my mother n law cant get around without wheelchairs. My wife and  i take care of them as best we can. we are trying to find a home that we could buy or rent to own that all of of us could live in. does anyone know where we can get help to get a home loan or funds that we would be able to give them the 24hr care that they need. i have a fulltime job and my wife works fulltime also if  we all move into one house my wife will take care of her parents, ive heard that there are many of places that help with these type of situations but finding these places is like finding a needle in a hay stack, im begining to think that all theys ads you see for grants and other places that help with funds are scams

Thanks for listening

help this family if possible

I know a family that have hit a very rough time. I know that there are so many people in the world that are  in need and I wish that there were more that I could do to help, but I am unable. This family that I speak of has 8. There are six children and two adults. The mother, Nicole, is an ex- law enforcement officer and has dedicated her life protecting and serving the community for 12 years. Last year, she suffered a stroke while on duty. She was then told that she has a tumor and blood on the brain. She was not expected to live, but the doctors have worked wonders. Ultimately, god deserves the credit. She is doing better, but still unable to work. She and her husband have been so strong though out this whole ordeal. I have great respect for them both. I am writing this for them because I know that they would never ask on their own. They don't just need help for Christmas, but for other things too. The father, Joshua, is in the military but had to come home when Nicole got sick so he does not have any income either . I am so sad that something this difficult happen to a family that is so good and dedicated to each other. Their children are made up of 3 boys and 3 girls. the boys are 15, 9 and 5. The girls are identical twins girls 4 and a baby that is almost 2. I asked Nicole about Christmas and she simply said that she was happy to have life and a family that loves her so much. Her 15 year old son is amazing because unlike a lot of children his age, he is simply greatful for what he has. My heart goes out to them and all of the families that struggle. I have been in this families company along with a number of other officers for a number of years and we are proud of Nicole for continuing to fight. However, she has been pretty depressed lately. We just don't want her to give up. If there is anyone that is able to help this family, contact them directly at 727-233-1190. God bless whom ever takes the time to read this even if you're unable to help. Your prayers are appreciated.

A special freind of the family

Disabled Parents

I have both of my parents living with us in an attached apartment to my house. We are in desparate need to have work done on their floors-wheelchair issues-and bathroom-accessability/safety issues. Both of my parents are 68 yrs. old and disabled. We make too much money for local/state assistance but not enough money to hire anyone to do the work, supplies, etc. I can't find any help. Between prescriptions, food, utilities, mortgage, etc., we just can't afford a loan or even to save money over time. We have tried. They have been with us for three years and the situation is just getting harder to keep up with. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
